SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The Michigan Association of Emergency Medical Technicians is dedicated to the promotion of the professional status of all emergency medical technicians.
Toward this end, MAEMT has developed a scholarship fund to help those interested in becoming involved in the emergency medical field in the State of Michigan.
Applicants may receive up to $500.00. Judging is based on merit and need. Total awards will not exceed 50% of the total course cost.
Applicants need not be a member of MAEMT at the time of application, but membership is a condition of receiving the award.
Applications must be accompanied by two letters of recommendation, a letter stating the reasons the applicant is applying for the award, and proof of academic success.
Scholarships are awarded by August 1st of each year.
Application Deadline is June 1st of each year.
